Anitra Marsh serves as Vice President of Global Sustainability, Citizenship, and Brand Communications for P&G’s skin care and personal care brands reaching over a billion consumers in 100+ countries. She was appointed Sustainability and Citizenship leader shortly after being named Communications leader to improve the environmental and social impact of P&G’s skin and personal care brands. In this role, she led a multi-functional team of dedicated and passionate employees committed to responsible beauty practices across packaging, ingredients, supply chain, and community development. With 20+ years of experience leading communications and partnerships for P&G’s brands, she thrives on finding common ground, new ideas, and strategic connections that deliver results. Anitra is most proud of the work that demonstrates environmental and social responsibility are good for business. During her time in this role, Olay announced its ambition to boost the number of multicultural women in STEM careers, Old Spice has committed to a 10-year program to help increase high school graduation rates among young men, and Secret Deodorant has elevated the issue of pay inequality among men and women and is partnering with several organizations to help level the playing field. In 2009, she was named 40 Under 40 by the national trade magazine PR Week. Most recently, Anitra was named one of PR News’ 2019 Top Women in PR and The Network Journal’s 2019 Top 25 Most Influential Women in Business.
