Tom Mooradian

Tom is an environmental sustainability enthusiast in his personal life and has been a longtime champion of the circular economy during his 20-year career at PepsiCo. He began as a packaging engineer with PepsiCo’s Quaker Oats business and then took on roles in beverage supply chain innovation and capital project management. In that capacity, he led Naked Juice’s transition to 100% recycled PET bottles before moving into a dedicated sustainability role in 2012. Since then, he has been laser-focused on identifying barriers to recycling in the U.S. and developing creative solutions to overcome them. As a leader of the PepsiCo Recycling brand, Tom has piloted, launched and expanded major programs and resources that empower individuals to recycle more conveniently and consistently. He loves translating consumer insights into inspirational and educational programs while also leveraging his technical background to analyze and craft solutions for infrastructural challenges.
