Kristin Kelley

Vice President of Corporate Communications and External Affairs at Amcor

Kristin Kelley is a seasoned communication executive with experience working with many industry-leading Fortune 500 companies developing marketing and corporate affairs strategies that span brand and product repositioning, corporate restructuring and shareholder activism, and employee and stakeholder engagement. Kristin joined Amcor (NYSE: AMCR) in 2019 as the Senior Director of Corporate and Marketing Communications for the company’s $3.5B rigid packaging business (ARP). In 2022, Kristin was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Communications and External Affairs. In this role, Kristin is responsible for ARP’s internal communications, public relations, community relations, and marketing communications efforts.

Additionally, Kristin leads the business’ advocacy and communication strategy related to sustainability which includes outreach and collaboration with industry associations; nongovernmental organizations; and other external stakeholders driving outcomes that are good for the environment and good for business. In 2022, Kristin was elected to the Board of Directors for the National Association of PET Container Resources (NAPCOR).

Prior to Amcor, Kristin was the Chief Communication Officer at O-I, a leading glass manufacturer, served as the Director of Communications at Darden, the world’s largest full-service restaurant company, and was the head of corporate communications at Owens Corning, a global building materials manufacturer. A graduate of Baldwin Wallace University with a bachelor’s degree in communication, Kristin also completed an executive development program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In 2017, the Ohio Diversity council named Kristin one of “Ohio’s Top 12 Businesswomen.” Now a resident of the Ann Arbor, MI area, Kristin is a mom of two teenage sons.
