Andy Payne, Graphic Design Manager

Andy has worked in the design and animation fields since he graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2013. Adapting to different design roles, he has always chosen work that strives to challenge the norm and enact change. His previous work included 3D Team Leader at an aviation design company that revamped a decades-old industry and Interactive Designer for a tech company whose goal was to bring custom interior design to every level of income. As Graphic Design Manager at The Partnership, Andy will utilize his strong illustration and animation skills while being our go-to for building out customizable templates.

Why I Care About Recycling

“The older I get, the more aware I become of the needs of others and the needs of our environment. I try to look at the world and focus on what needs work and what I can actually help with. Working with The Recycling Partnership for the past two years as a freelancer, I have been exposed to not only the extreme situation material waste has created, but that there is an actual solution being proposed. The idea that I can be part of something that could actually help solve one of our generation’s greatest problems is more than enough to get me passionate about recycling.”

Personal Passions and Interests

Andy loves taking his dogs to the dog park, cruising the Blue Ridge Parkway with his fiancée, exploring new places and restaurants, playing board games, DnD, and video games with his friends, 3D printing, and all things creative and crafty.
