Bill Culbertson, Chief Legal Officer

With more than 25 years of experience providing legal services to tax-exempt organizations, including as primary outside legal counsel to The Recycling Partnership, Bill brings a diverse legal background to the Chief Legal Officer position. He has significant experience with developing and executing strategic initiatives and identifying and addressing strategic, organizational, and operational issues, structuring joint ventures and new activities, planning for unrelated business income tax issues, and creating and implementing legal agreements, policies, and procedures.

When he is not working, teaching, or writing, Bill enjoys rooting for Cleveland sports teams and reading biographies and U.S. history.
