Hannah White, Marketing and Communications Administrator
She/Her/HersI hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Ohio University, where I devoted elective hours and club participation to sustainability and
environmental learning. My career has mostly been in the government sector, where I’ve learned the importance of serving the community and working toward a greater good. I was previously the Communications Administrator for SWACO (the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio) where I found my passion for recycling and waste diversion. Combining my professional knowledge with a personal passion makes for a dream career here at The Recycling Partnership!
Why I Care About Recycling and a Circular Economy
As a mother, I know the best example I can give my daughter is a passion and effort to take care of our planet and its precious resources. Reducing our reliance on landfills with waste diversion programs, better access to recycling and a more circular economy are true keys to a healthier environment and future.
Personal Passions and Interests
Outside of work, I love going on adventures with my family (husband and a young daughter), traveling, being outdoors (especially if it’s by/on the water), running/hiking and curling up with a good book.
