Marissa Ambrosi, Senior Researcher

Marissa has worked in the waste management and recycling industry for almost 10 years as a consultant, completing a variety of waste and recycling audits, annual reports, and economic impact studies for public and private sector clients. In her role as a consultant, Marissa honed her research and data analysis expertise. Marissa brings with her a comprehensive understanding of municipal and state-wide recycling systems, MRF and local government relationships, and recycling and collection program costs. Prior to her time working as a consultant Marissa lived and worked in Central America.  

Why I Care About Recycling 

Growing up in a rural farming community and being an outdoor enthusiast, I think it’s our responsibility to be stewards of the environment for current and future generations to use and enjoy. 

Personal Passions and Interests 

Living in New Hampshire, Marissa can be found outside, skiing, canoeing, fly fishing, hiking, etc.
