During his years at the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, Vincent worked with a wide range of community stakeholders to grow and strengthen their recycling programs through dedicated technical assistance and grant development. Why I Care About Recycling

“I care about recycling because I think it is our collective responsibility to be good stewards of our environment and communities.”

Personal Passions and Interests

When not working to improve recycling, Vincent passes the time in his garden or likes to relax in the river and quarries that are near his home in Knoxville, Tennessee.
