Why I Care About Recycling and a Circular Economy

To me, choosing to care about recycling is so simple – we have one earth, and we should do everything we can to care for it. My whole life I have been fascinated by Jane Goodall. There is something so magical about her gentle spirit, her kindness to all living things, and her resounding desire to do good. I think she says it best “Every individual matters. Every individual has a role to play. Every individual makes a difference”.

Personal Passions and Interests

I am a big fan of hobbies – I taught myself macrame a few years ago and love to make hangers for all my plants (I have lots of them. Spent COVID making my collection pretty big and wonderful!) I love learning to watercolor with my mom when I go to visit. I read lots of books – currently reading the memoir by Miep Gies. What a touching story! I also spend as much time as I can with my family. I have the most fun nieces and sweetest nephew in the whole world! Lastly, I can’t talk about my interests without mentioning Harry Styles!! I’m a huge fan and go to his concerts as often as I can. He’s a real gem!
